Well, all the preparation is complete: delegate packs are ready, catering is organised, speakers notes are prepared – what can go wrong? Oh yes, the weather! More snow (as forecast) tomorrow and or Monday could reduce the turnout somewhat. The attendees who do come will just get an even more targeted session helping them to understand health and safety issues as they affect their businesses.
